2 becomes 1 for Anfield home
A family home has been created in Liverpool by knocking two terrace houses into one.
The pioneering project saw two early 20th century homes in Gurnall Street, Anfield, transformed into a single three-bedroom family home with a garden and a seating area.
Your Housing Group, which was behind the development, plans to use the property to showcase how it's possible to create more family homes in the area.

We have taken two pre-1919 terrace houses and transformed them into a spacious property fit for a modern family. This home really demonstrates our vision for the regeneration of Anfield ? maximising the potential of existing properties and creating new ones to provide?a variety of housing options for existing and future residents."
Your Housing Group is working with Liverpool City Council, the HCA, residents and other partners to retain and refurbish properties in the Anfield Village. The aim of the programme of work is to drive up the quality of housing in the area.
