Stephen Stanage, 37, was allegedly arrested Saturday night in his room at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood, according to TMZ.com. Security was alerted after neighboring guests reportedly heard Stanage's girlfriend crying for help.

Stanage's girlfriend was treated at a nearby hospital after sustaining injuries from being pulled off a bed twice. Stanage was arrested and booked on one count of felony domestic violence, TMZ.com reports. He is being held on $326,000 bail.

He also had a warrant out for his arrest stemming from an earlier DUI.

Says a Dr. Phil spokesperson: "We have not worked with this couple yet, as they have just recently written in for help deciding if they are good candidates for marriage, or perhaps have some work to do first -- as it now seems clear they do."

Stanage's episode was to tape this week.
